Exactly, simple solution, video camera, semi auto rifle and lots of bullets and make sure its all on video that you feel your life is in direct and immediate danger - then shoot the first one that sets foot. Oh yeah and have an attorney on speed dial with a good criminal advocate.
 
This policy of expropriation of land without compensation that the ANCYL has adopted wouldn't have succeeded if farmers participated with government's willing buyer willing seller. Farmers out there do not believe in land redistribution at all, they have this attitude that they feed the nation and therefore will not sell their land to government and will not train black emerging farmers. This thing of farmers not willing to part with land that has been claimed by people who originally owned it will only result in their land being taken from them anyways, wither through land invasions or through expropriation without compensation.

Why don't white people believe in land redistribution? Why is it such a dirty word?

Because they had to work hard, with their own blood sweat and tears to make it a success. No one handed it to them on a silver platter so why should they?

Have you seen what happens to the land that gets 'redistributed'? If I was a farmer - I'd hate to see something like that happening to my farm after I'd put my life into it.

It's the government that does not want to go the route of willing buyer willing seller.
Go buy the Farmersweekly. See the amount of land available for sale.

90% of redistributed farms are in ruins.

Many projects with willing black farmers are succeeding where they have white mentors.
Go read a bit before you make statements.

Its not about white people not wanting to its about the guavamint not wantiong to spend the money. FFS If the spend money who will pay for the minister of agricultures hotel bills???

Pietermaritzburg - The owner of a tract of land in Winterskloof, Hilton, will approach the KwaZulu-Natal High Court on Monday to obtain a court order to stop people from invading his land in Crompton Road.

Residents on Sunday complained that people clearing the land have told them the land “belongs to Malema”.

One resident said he was called a “settler” and told that his land would also be taken.

Landowner Rusty Roodt told The Witness the police in Hilton have failed to act on his complaints that people are invading his land; and nothing has been done to halt them.

He said pegs were knocked into his land a week ago and on Sunday morning earthmoving equipment was brought in to level the land.

“I went to my office and got my rates accounts and an aerial map of my land to show the people, but they would not budge. They are just taking my land, so I am going to court.”

Richard Heathcote, who lives opposite the site, said the invaders have begun clearing right over Umgeni Water’s pipeline. “The police are doing nothing.”

Another resident, who asked not to be named, said that when her husband asked the crowd there what they were doing they threatened him, calling him a “settler”.

“They said they would take our land too.”

She said the invaders had removed the number plates from their vehicles so they could not be identified.

The community of Mpumuza are adamant that the land belongs to them and said there is nothing illegal about their actions because they are reclaiming what is rightfully theirs.

“We are continuing what we started when we marched on Thursday and Friday to reclaim what is ours,” said a resident who refused to be named.

Forcefully removed

Former Ward 2 councillor Sibusiso Ntuli said, “We have families that were forcefully removed from this area - like the Ngubanes, Mhlongos, Ngcobos, Mtshahes and many others. There is even a grave of the late iNkosi Zondi in this plot to prove that this area belongs to the Mpumuza tribal authority.”

He said people are simply claiming what is theirs and that if Roodt claims it is his property then he must produce the title deeds.

“We are tired of seeing black people being oppressed because we have even applied to reclaim this piece of land.”

Police spokesperson Lieutenant Joey Jeevan said the police are awaiting documentation to prove who the legal owner of the land is.

“If it is found that the land is under claim the matter will be referred to the land claims commission.”

What worries me the most about this article, and this action is the highlighted "quote" from a former Ward councillor.

I also worry that the police are just going to do sweet FA and refer to the LCC...
It should be a simple case of querying the municpal registry, then seeing if there is a valid outstanding land claim.. if not, then forceably remove the invaders as well as charging each and every one of them.

Would love to see the ANC supporters on this forum justify this.

At least most white people here got a good education and can move to another country.

Where will the money and food come from then ? The natives will starve and beg from the west again.
 
Hmmm, then clearly, it is exceptionally evident that Julius is inciting the masses to act in a criminal, unjust and threatening manner. Shooting at the supports will solve no problems.

I don't dispute the fact that farmers work very hard. I realize that there are 40000 commercial farmers and that number is decreasing each year which is part of the reason for high food prices. So you are telling me that ALL farmers who own land now didn't steal some of the land from blacks during apartheid? Are you saying that since farmer's land (which was stolen) is productive then they do not need to redistribute that land to land claimants?

I am saying that if you and ANCYl truly can't see the problem with all this. Then good luck to all of you. Enjoy becoming the next Rhodesia. I am leaving South Africa before this place becomes Mzansi! I always swore that if they started this rubbish with the farms it would be time to go! Seems time has come.

1. The land is not utilized by them anyway. My uncle, a farmer, has sold some of his land to the government, he rents it back from the new owners because they know they can do nothing with it.
2. A lot of these farmers have worked hard for decades, and now the ANC suddenly wants to take their land away while not paying a fair price.
3. Believe it not, farming is not easy. Its actually difficult to make money. Take away their land, and you end up costing jobs.
4. A lot of these land claims are bogus - for instance Xhosas are quite happy to claim land from the whites but conveniently forget that it was them who butchered the San. Today there just arent enough San left to ask for their land back, and if they did, I dont think the ANC would give it back.

Any ANCYL member who participates in this and any similar ventures, such as burning down schools to protest education, or trying to intimidate people, or having huge parties at hotels, destroying them, and then refusing to pay the bill, or engaging in tenderpreneur activity. So, more than likely all. Show me an ANCYL member who has the brains to speak out against Malema. Or who advocates peaceful protest, instead of violence, for something useful like less government corruption, instead of something pointless like nationalizing the mines (which dont make any money anymore anyway).

You probably think I'm a racist, and I dont care if you do. I'm not a racist, actually, I'm just disappointed with the terrible waste that is the ANC and how they tolerate and sometimes even encourage the spoiled brats who make up the terrorist party that is the ANCYL. I'm sick of hearing about corruption and greed and not about schools and communities being uplifted. I'm sick of hearing about the ANC doing their best to lie and cheat their way out of trouble.
 
Sly21c this is just wrong and cannot be defended. Firstly it's against the law of the country to just take without paying, if they amend the constitution to allow that . It will scare away foreign investors and may even result in sanctions from the UN.

So again it's wrong and against the law.
 
It looks like we may soon see a few white people lose their minds, walk into the Jhb CBD and shoot at random black people. It's reaching that point where something's got to give.
