Step 3) Dump body in the hole with lime

Why would this work? Easy. Because who the **** is going to come look for the intruder at your house? And even if someone accuses you for murdering their scummy asses, deny that you saw anyone.

This is of course if you didn't do it in front of onlookers who can implicate you in it directly. But if the neighbors "hear shots", just deny it and say you were playing around with some widowmakers and set one alight in the house by accident (since it's illegal to discharge a firearm without a proper cause in a residential area AFAIK)

I would do this except take a drive out to one of those abandoned mine dumps and just drop the body there.

It is normal practice to arrest the person that shot someone.

Do you honestly think people that shoot and kill others should not stand trial? I am not saying that they should be found guilty, but they should stand trial.

Or do you think when you shoot someone in your yard the police should pitch up only to wash your floor and wall, and then collect the body?

there is nothing wrong with my New South Africa thank you. we have a lot of problems, but it has nothing to do with new or old. every time you say NEW SOUTH AFRICA you're simply suggesting that you're ass sore and you miss the good old days
 
I also don't think the OP is aware the latest updates in that case against the 'self-defense' arrest.

Why do you say that it is normal practice to arrest someone? Arrest is there to make sure someone appears in court. You don't have to always do that

Someone breaks in my house to do harm or to steal my stuff. They are as good as dead its not their house.

Iv actually seriously thought (NOT CONSIDERED) about this. And the sad thing is, if you catch a guy in your place and beat the crap out of him, he will more than likely come back for you after he gets off, which he will. You can't kill the guy cause you might end up in jail, so this becomes a real possibility. Actually wouldn't be surprised if people disposed the bodies of criminals.

Sadly, I don't think I would have the guts to do it...sign

Pretoria Man Killed in His Home

A 59-year-old man was shot dead in his home in Pretoria East, Gauteng police said on Monday.

Police believe five suspects broke into the family's home in Mooiplaats, and ransacked the home, early Saturday morning.

The man's son, 33, and daughter-in-law, 30, were shot and wounded in the legs.

During the attack the deceased was alerted to the intrusion by the screaming in the house.

"When he emerged from the bedroom, he was then shot dead," said Captain Marissa van der Merwe.

No arrests were made.

Sorry. Bad way of phrasing it.

The person that shot the intruder will be charged. Mostly the person is taken into custody.

then you should be prepared to be charged with a criminal act. You can then be found innocent of Murder / Manslaughter etc etc.

Yeah you see that doesn't phase me, because at least i know i would have killed one of those bastards.

When five guys come storming into your house and stick a gun in your mouth. Then you come talk to me. So get off your soapbox.
 
The point is, if you shoot a criminal in your house, and kill them. You then get sent to jail until bail can be organised... How safe are you in the holding cells / jail, until you are released.
