Fitness sensors as in what? I have used a Sports-Tracker Bluetooth heart rate monitor on Symbian and Android two years ago already.

Well, given that they have been using a leaked version, we should have a bit more faith and patience than that...

What I find interesting- the Nexus 7 2 has a smaller capacity battery than the Nexus 7, yet has considerably better (if unproven) battery life...

I guess they are referring to low power Bluetooth 4.0 mode for these type of devices

Now that would be nice, the one I had ran down quite quickly. Earlier models made by Polar lasted much longer on a standard CR2032 battery.

Hopefully my Nexus 4 will get this update soon.

I remember reading things about blood\urine testing and I'm sure there was some sort of chip that could also be swallowed. I think heart rate monitoring is a given though.
 
So - woohooo I got 4.3 on my Nexus. boohoo - cause it STILL doesn't fix the bluetooth issue that was introduced in 4.2 - it plays ping pong on my car's phone kit .. connect .. disconnect *argh .. guess 4.1 here I come - highly annoyed*
 
Did the google service framework thing, no update. It broke my google accont so play store was broken. Had to delete my account and add it again. Still no update.
 
I've downloaded the factory image from Google. When I get some time, I'm going to wipe and flash the new firmware.

Resetting the Framework tip worked first time for me
After restarting Nexus 7 tablet

Do notice slight battery improvement - maybe 10 to 15 percent
Also graphics seems to be smoother - noticeable in Riptide and Kingsoft Office

Did break DicePlayer for video and forums report most other video players like MX and VLC also broken
VPlayer works fine with JB 4.3

Not a major release while we wait for Key Lime 5

Wow ! not sure if it is a bug that calculates and display wrong, but the on standby / sleep mode hardly uses any battery power
After 3 hours it still display 100 % - and that is with WiFi on and I received 4 notifications

Been going now for 5 hours and still 100 %
Decided to investigate, and found a review on phonearena.com where the new JB 4.3 clocked 25 hours - 15 hours heavy use and 10 hours standby
Also claiming the software increased Antutu benchmark with about 2,000 on Nexus 4

Looks good ;-)

Also see that the phone uses hardly any power in standby mode. I believe N7 also gets a major boost in power with 4.3 because of this new power management, I must say that 4.2.2 and N7 was crazy, the tab would go flat in like 3/4 days in standby!
 
I finally wiped my phone and installed 4.3 factory image. Not much difference but does feel smoother and some bugs were fixed. Android keyboard seems a bit improved.
 
There were mentions of screen sensitivity being increased, not sure if this would manifest in the keyboard though.

Have you tried setting the profile on the phone itself?

When it's paired - go Bluetooth, settings and select 'Call Audio' profile. I know by default mine selected media or something, and it did the same thing every 30 seconds
