We need Call-Recording capability as we extensively use it for quality control on customer service and training.
As you are aware - between Google and Android they changed the privacy rules with the new Android Pie version, and now we can't utilise call recording.
Any hints or advice would be seriously appreciated, as well as background knowledge to include in a paper I am writing on this?
