No problem. Still got to fix the typo tho. Let me explain by quoting one of the relevent if not most relevant typo:
By filing in you banking detail, you are authorising Wi-Fi Mesh (Pty) Ltd to deduct from you bank account the above amounts at the beginning of each month.
Now as you can see the bold/underlined word is "amounts". This should be changed to amount(s),with the bracket, just to show that by filling in the form, one will either authorise the one amount or both depending on whether they take both, whereas amounts, without the bracket, specifies that both prices will be deducted regardless if you choose one or both.
