Been with webafrica for less than six month
Skipped the one month payment on my easypay WiFi
They suspended my line now they give me runaround one says this and the other says that .
Need to change the service provider hope you can give me advise

While you should move from WebAfrica (Just keep in mind, they will also slap you with an R 999 cancel fee), other providers will also suspend your line if you don't pay for the month and possibly charge a reconnection fee.

If that is the reason for moving, then better to stay where you are.

Where it concerns a nationwide ISP that also has representation on this forum, WebSquad can be included?

Could also have included Axxess, but @Captain Axxess refuses to stay signed in, I guess. (Even though they advertise on this platform.)

I just see afrigirl/guy and pbcool regularly engaging and actually resolving issues. None of the other reps really jump out at me when I think of active reps but I might be ignoring certain threads.

No matter where you go through if you skip payment they will suspend your service.
I know but maybe they are better with unsuspending it webafrica is the worse ever. Imagine they gave me wrong easypay reference number to pay I did .
Still waiting for feedback no one is coming back to me when I contact them.
I get new agent who are lazy to read chats to see my complain then they will tell me to wait while investigating then gone until their closing time then the robot will automatically close the chat
 
My advice: stop doing that.
Sometimes we not doing it on purpose cause of personal issues then thinking to solve them paying the internet will come next month as it prepaid then it won't be affected. They didn't even explain that to me that if you skip it will be suspended.

they probably covered that in the T&C you didnt read?

Snyper564 I didn't get any documents cause we apply through vuma agents on WhatsApp then pay before installation then they installed didn't know that my internet provider was webafrica until I called vumatel that's when they told me. All this time they were fine but recently after the payment skipped they are annoying me.
