Annoyed

I get new agent who are lazy to read chats to see my complain then they will tell me to wait while investigating then gone until their closing time then the robot will automatically close the chat

Not always the robots doing that.

Sometimes it is their frustrated staff members reacting to their annoyed customers.

While you should move from WebAfrica (Just keep in mind, they will also slap you with an R 999 cancel fee), other providers will also suspend your line if you don't pay for the month and possibly charge a reconnection fee.

If that is the reason for moving, then better to stay where you are.
This is why simply voting with your wallet here isn't always a good option. Damn businesses.

Been with webafrica for less than six month
Skipped the one month payment on my easypay WiFi
They suspended my line now they give me runaround one says this and the other says that .
Need to change the service provider hope you can give me advise
You can try message them on social media i've heard sometimes those people can help escalate matter.

Sadly Webafrica has some of the worst customer support around its why almost everyone hates them.

Hello @CEBO - Vumareach EasyPay service options have a fixed 30-day voucher renewal payment structure. If the Vumatel system detects that the voucher has expired, the automated system will automatically trigger a suspension status to the fibre line linked to the address.
There is generally a grace period to allow the user to review their EasyPay voucher, in most cases once renewed the service would then be automatically updated and activated.
Please DM us with your account details, so we may have a closer look and advise on the payment/activation status

Must DM in the WhatsApp? Rather give me the number I should DM you.
It's also escalate to not to appear on our mobile just after I received thisView attachment 1713183

I can't help you to switching to an ISP that doesn't cut you off when you don't pay your bill. Try prepaid LTE.

Thank you but I think vumatel is prepaid LTE cause is we paying with easypay

No pay=no service

Vuma Reach is prepaid. Every month you basically buy a 30 day voucher - whether by easy pay or payfast. If it is suspended long enough it will automatically cancel and you have to place a new activation order, which will be a new service with new wifi details.

There should not be a cancelation fee levied by the ISP as it is a prepaid service as there is no activation fee levied by the FNO or router provided by the ISP.

NO, you must DM them the details here on MBB. Just hover your mouse over their name and click private message. Or click on their name and then private message.
And don't post any of your details here in the thread, only on private message.

Yes you right no pay -no service. So now that they vuma reach send me that email of activation and can't router number I'm not saying the SN. I mean my network number like VC-0000-1234 this is an example for you to understand what I'm trying to say. Should I call the ISP to find out what's going on as it stated on the email or call vuma reach?

Is the VC-0000-1234 the name you see when you scan wifi networks or the order reference? Usually a Vumatel order number will start with OVC-210524—12345

Snyper564 I didn't get any documents cause we apply through vuma agents on WhatsApp then pay before installation then they installed didn't know that my internet provider was webafrica until I called vumatel that's when they told me. All this time they were fine but recently after the payment skipped they are annoying me.
Imagine how annoyed THEY are with your non-payment.
