Sometimes we not doing it on purpose cause of personal issues then thinking to solve them paying the internet will come next month as it prepaid then it won't be affected. They didn't even explain that to me that if you skip it will be suspended.
That needs to actually be explained?? It's becoming quite obvious what the actual problem is...
 
I can not get over the fact that users who did not make payment and their services get suspended are the ones who come on here to complain and pass blame to the ISP.

I know that by not making payments is my fault. I have paid after the agent gave me the wrong ref number which I didn't know thought it was right as I have requested the new one n for two week didn't get respond then contacted them to check.
After paying thought it will be fine waited for 48 hours as they say it takes that long also added another 48 hours contacted them the new one told me it was wrong ref need to file for refund.
Called vuma reach head offices they said it's not their issue but the ISP.
The IPS when contacted keeps on refering me.
Today I send them a voice note saying I will find their head offices and come with police I'm giving them till Friday to sort this out.
Then came here as after I wrote this the email received. And the helper responded.
And to skip payment is not on purpose some personal situation forced me to do so.
 
Is the VC-0000-1234 the name you see when you scan wifi networks or the order reference? Usually a Vumatel order number will start with OVC-210524—12345

Is that what it was before or is it new?

If it's new then a new order was activated. The password should have been sent to you
 
I think is new cause can't even find the older one.
No there's no password was sent by sms or e-mail but will calmly contact them on WhatsApp again tomorrow n hear what's their excuse again
 
Imagine how annoyed THEY are with your non-payment.
No they don't have to cause is prepaid if I don't pay they shut their service as they did. Then when I come back they must do the right thing open the service everyone will be happy.
Not giving me wrong ref no and wrong info then ignore me.

ALL irrelevant if you had made your payment,so...................keep crying.
 
Yes one issue solved still need to solve one hope today it will be solved
