Another Day, Another iBurst Outage

So today on our very expensive 15mbps iburst business wdsl link we are getting sporadic outages - websites (local and international) timing out or only partially loading one moment, the next everything is fine. This is getting tiring, iBurst, and if you wish to retain our R8k+ per month for much longer I suggest you do something to stabilize your network.

Anyone else having issues on iBurst today? Is this Seacom again, or just an iBurst issue?

Please PM me your details and I'll have the NOC contact you (or phone them directly using the escalation path). There is no Seacom issue but most probably a service provisioning problem.

Well your twitter feed @iBurst seems to be aware of a general problem, so is there any point in raising an individual client ticket? Apparently @iBurst is "urgently working to resolve the issue" (as of 10 mins ago).
 
Rooi, can you please confirm if my network issues are a general problem everyone is facing or must you sort out my individual connection? I am unable to surf properly for like 2 weeks now!
 
Rooi, I've pm'd our details - we're still in the same situation as last week with the 15mbps wdsl. The connection is functionally useless. It seemed to normalise on Friday but is back to non-existent throughput and high packet loss today.

Between 2pm and 4pm today there was general international packet loss issues. If you still have any issues please PM me you UTID and I'll investigate.

I have asked the NOC to give you a call. With WDSL you can also escalate to them directly (even up to the ops manager)
