Ant Brooks steps down as ISPA General Manager

Thank you very much Ant Brooks for all you have done for the Internet and ISP industry in South Africa. One of the behind the scenes guys which seldom got recognition for the great achievements of ISPA to make the Internet more accessible and affordable in South Africa.

Wait, what? Where are you going? You didn't ask us first???

but seriously, all the best! Hope that whatever you put your hand to prospers! :D

Does anyone proof read or spell-check the articles before posting??

...will step down as ISPA general manager, bit will remain involved with the organization

Sorry, missed that part ? What did Ant achieve @ ISPA ?

JINX and CINX spring to mind, but the fact that you have to ask what he has done really proves the point ;)

Yep, Ant made an exceptional contribution to our online landscape as a voice of reason and a visionary, often in discussions at a pretty high level

Good to know that he measures time using the standard Apple unit of measurement...

"Ant Brooks said that it was his last iWeek as General Manager."

Man I'm so glad that these incredibly large pictures of people's faces get put in each article - I have a terrible memory and forget what they look like at least once a week.

I'm confused, Ant is stepping down as ISPA's GM, but he is still going to be involved with the ISPA excom for at least the next two years.

Does this mean that Ant is taking on something outside of the ISPA or is he staying with the ISPA?

Ant Brooks has repeatedly achieved a lot more than the average joe could ever hope to achieve.
