Any better 384 Kbps Uncapped Internet ISP?

Hi all friends. I am a tired or throttling by my ISP for only using around 15GB per month on 384 Kbps line. Please suggest me a good ISP that do not throttle my connection every week and given a review of 15 days. Do i have to say that i am using Afrihost? lol.. Any help appreciated.
