Any CSS coder willing to code for free?

Can anyone put CSS for me for my website? Nothing fancy just a basic theme. Everything is already in place it's really just the CSS that needs tweaking. Yes, there is already a stylesheet but i just put it there to get things looking better than basic HTML. I need someone to please do a skin for me Anyone?

Who still codes from scratch?

Whenever I have to put something small together where a CMS will be overkill, I just google for free html templates and wrap it around my php script.

It's really not much. Just a basic design. I mean, i already have a stylesheet so it's not basic HTML but the stylesheet i have is just so basic... come on...

Wordpress is NOT the tool for the job. Wordpress is not the automatic solution for all websites.
