Anyone got a VUMA contact

Long story short.. My upload speed hovers around 0.88 to 1.9..upload speed should be 25..isp logged fault with vuma om Monday.. Something about abnormal lights levels.. Vuma haven't done anything or even come out.. Does anyone have a connection?
 
Anyone got any other suggestions then as I feel the isp has done their job(they've contacted vuma 3 times via email asking for a tech to be sent out.. Is there's a complaints division for vuma?

Who is your ISP? You might need to try Twitter to get Vuma's attention.
 
Vuma are picks. They don't provide the ISPs with feedback, and the ISPs probably only asks once and then ignores you.

Even they don't have a contact for Vuma, they contact them via a ticketing system.

Do you have other options for FNO's?
 
They finally contacted me.. Coming through at 8am..didnt know they work on a sat

One thing about Vumatel is that they’re pretty much not contactable at all. They hide behind the ISPs so their incompetence can be masked as much as possible. Reaching them is near impossible.

Got hold of them at [email protected]. za and I also phoned 0107468862(for anyone else that is also struggling to get hold of them) and threw my toys.. Within 3 hours I had a appointment scheduled for this morning

I totally understand why, though. Most people don't know the difference between ISP and FNO.

The problem is that when there are fiber issues, they make the ISPs look bad. Oh wait, they do that to themselves by not really doing much.
