Anyone here on Slender Wonder Program?

I was googling slender wonder and found this thread. Did you achieve your goal weight? Friends of mine have lost ALOT of weight recently with this diet.

I did: I started the program in October 2014 and reached my goal weight in May 2015. I am still maintaining. I think it doesn't matter what diet/lifestyle plan you use, the important thing is to stick with the change for the long run. For me it is a daily struggle and it is hard work - I have to choose to stay on the straight and narrow. I try to reward myself with clothes instead of food these days. But it is worth it: I sleep better and no more heartburn.

+1 it boggles my mind what some people will do just so they dont have to eat healthy and exercise.
I am so thankful that I actually like being active and find cooking tasty healthy food easy.

OP if you want to have a healthy lifestyle you need to change your lifestyle, I have seen a few people go through the process and once they stopped with all the excuses and started enjoying the exercise instead of seeing it as a punishment and started eating better they were all better for it. Good luck and hope you have success.

Hi I am a vegan which means no milk products, no meat e.g. I even drink diabetic sugar and cut all oils from my diet. I also drink no fizzy drinks and only drink sugar free drinks and water. i also started to exercise regular. i did lose from 95kg to 85kg but i am this weight for months now without change. therefore your statement is not entirely correct. well it is true you can lose but not the amount that you want that is why sometimes extra help is needed for you to reach your goal.

Oh yay, another vegan that has all the answers. It's pretty simple, take less calories in than your body needs = weight loss. You can be a sand eater for all anyone cares but if you take in more calories from only eating sand than your body burns you could still put on weight. The problem is they only give general guidelines on what your body burns (roughly 1600 for woman, 1800 for men) but this isn't accurate for everyone and hence where the problem comes in. Just because you are drinking sugar free drinks doesn't mean it isn't packed to the max with empty calories that help you in no way and just add to your calorie toll.

Really sick and tired of people thinking vegan = healthy. I've seen fat people from every type of diet category. Ignorance doesn't mean you are correct.
