the idea is that the pool as a whole should not use more than what's assigned to it, but the individual users may use more (or less) than the 3Gigs limit

Capping is not something new - it's becoming a world trend. I find nothing wrong with capping at all (as been done in the UK by BT - 40GB), what I do have a problem with is ridicules capping (as done by Telkom 3GB WTF).HellTel said:Its just a load of **** this capped policy.
The so called abusers proved in the past 2 months that cap does not make any sense. Life still goes on if you use 200 gigs a month, telecommunications did not come to a stand still in South Africa in November, did it?
