Quick question, will it not make sense to create a new SA account and then setup family sharing and add my US account for Apple Music? Or is that not possible cross stores? I plan on setting up family share for Apple Music anyway for my fiancé to also have access to music but can I then block apps etc. I don't want her apps on my phone and vica-versa.

Family Sharing requires all accounts to be in the same region.

I hardly ever use my US account any more.

Yeah I thought it might need the same country.

Also thinking now wether I should just change my account to SA store. Most the apps I need have already downloaded and as far as I know, even if the app isn't available in SA, if it's already installed on my phone it will continue to work and be able to update.

I switched my account to SA... Purely because of Apple Music being cheaper. Wife has a US account incase we need stuffs from the dark side ;-)

Anyhoo. I got my ATV4 yesterday. Must say it is light years ahead of ATV3. And the single remote to control everything has simplified my world.

Netflix, Showmax, Plex and Apple Music all on a single player makes me happy as a pig in $#!7

Has anyone successfully played content from a time capsule? I've seen mixed reviews of this being done.

I don't use Plex,but I do use Infuse app + time capsule, it's a normal SMB connection, works 100%.

Also see you can get covers for the remote now, damn thing drops a lot. can't find any local suppliers yet

I am a little disappointed with the ATV4. It buffers on Netflix and when playing my itunes library. Seems to occur after every 20 mins or so. There is a distinct 1 or 2 second hiccup. Tempted to plug my ATV2 back in. Will see what updates come in.

Only thing i noticed is some shows from Showmax start, and then buffer for a few secs after 5-10secs into the show, and then they are fine. I haven't seen what you mentioned...

Are you streaming over wifi or cable?

Does anyone have issues trying to update their ATV4 OS? mine either gets stuck on the start of the download or the start of the OS install.

- edit might be my ISP (Greencom) blocking certain sites

That's a local networking issue by the sounds of it, not an ATV4 problem.

Got it at the istore in cavendish a week ago. THink it was R379.. pic of the box and the side profile of the remote. Just make sure you put the remote in snug at top of it so that it covers the top edge. It took a moment to figure that out.

I still keep the remote away from my 2 yr old as a precaution

Came across an interesting thing when sorting my iTunes Library, if you right click album, select info, Sorting - select Artist or Album artist and leave a "space" at the end as in Artist the press space bar (well i found it interesting)

The library view then shows Artist under the song name like screenshot.
