Apple unveils iPhone 16e

Btw - on the app I 'purchase', it logged out of the app ... and when logging back, it doesn't seem to pick up that I've paid before. It gives an option to pay again (another R1,000) or 'free' trial (which debits another R1,000) ...
A bug carefully inserted to scam clients, Apple is ridiculous, you would think they don’t already make enough money .

Go into settings and tap restore purchase.

(cheapest device in the lineup). Cuts had to be made
Ah - so what you're saying is that they want to differentiate the cheap model, and therefore implemted software limits? It makes sense in a way

but

What about the other phones that can't do it?

I'm worried that will whack another R1,000 (of which Apple takes R300) ... and then we know that you're actually on your own :'(

It's a hardware limit.

But if that sensoring the final experience, why bother implementing a feature at all?

Whether the issue is on device or censoring, judging by that video it can't remove objects / can't summarise as well / can't create a story using AI ... even the late Steve says you work backwards from the results?
The fact you say "issue" pretty much addresses it all.

There is a vast difference between using something in the real world day to day...and purposely going out of your way to create scenarios to catch it out in reviews.

I've used the photo removal thing here or there and it's worked just fine. Email summary I've also started using quite a bit but as for the other use cases...well I have to ask why do you want it to create a story in the first place?

Just because something can do it, doesn't make it useful.

Their refund process is very straight forward and quick, there's nothing to worry about.

But I've never managed to buy something twice even if it says you haven't if you really did it will just pop up and say you own it already.

Ah - so that was a fake review and they purpoerly went out of their way to catch Apple out?

It makes sense, I guess

I feel sorry for Apple with so many people trying to catch them out :(

They have exactly the same hardware limits....

Only the Always On models support it in full.

I'm done it three times

They reject it - but they won't remove the app because it needs to scam more people in order for them to collect the 30%. Once they've collected enough, they'll remove it

Which app is this now?

Which app is this now?

I forgot the same … Reelz or something.

You register for a free trial and it takes your money. Not only that, it doesn’t even work correctly. Screenshots they show in the App Store don’t exist and glitches etc.

Apple police are toothless with this … just say ‘oops’ and maybe they’ll investigate it later

There were go

Good lord.
