So for us people that like smaller phones, what options are there now that the SE is not small anymore?

Problem is the current SE is already a bit bigger than I liked. So every bit bigger is a problem. I don't walk around with my phone in my hand, its always in the pocket. If the flip phones screens lasted longer that would be ideal.I would say get it in hand and feel it out first.
My iPhone 16 is very light and not unwieldy at all, you are looking at half a centimetre wider in actual body and less than a centimetre taller which is also made somewhat invisible for lack of the home button.
You'll likely find it's just fine.
You mean my question? Then on this thread in the news section we have to listen to Dolby's stupid arguments.
Aaah I see where you are coming from.Problem is the current SE is already a bit bigger than I liked. So every bit bigger is a problem. I don't walk around with my phone in my hand, its always in the pocket. If the flip phones screens lasted longer that would be ideal.
Yeah the camera button is utterly useless and the most overplayed thing they've done in ages. Literally never use it and when I remember it's there then it's for the AI stuff not the camera bits.Where most concessions are understandable, not including magsafe is an own goal especially if you still including wireless charging (you'll die before completing a charge at 7.5w). They also unknowingly made the capture control button useless by including the action button and equipping it with the apple intelligence shortcut. I still maintain replacing the action button in the normal models with the capture control button is the right implementation going forward.
It's kinda "cute" how I live rent-free in your head ehWe just cannot win.
In the Se 2025 thread we are spared that Dolby cannot post there, but Twitter queen spams the thread so nobody is interested in discussing there anymore.

Extra battery life of the 16e will be worth the extra. Also 1000 charges vs 500. No brainer. If you only look at 128GB storage sure, but even that's outrageous in and of itself.
I would literally just buy an iPhone 14 then if I was willing to spend that money.
It’s basically the same size almost. So for us people that like smaller phones, what options are there now that the SE is not small anymore?
Size, 146.7 x 71.5 138.4 x 67.3
All his spam even crashing Safari https://streamable.com/o4lulq @Dolby you’ll love it another **** Apple app.We just cannot win.

According to Apple, while "iPhone 14 models and earlier are designed to retain 80 percent of their original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles under ideal conditions," the "iPhone 15 models are designed to retain 80 percent of their original capacity at 1,000 complete charge cycles under ideal conditions."
Unimpressed - I'll wait for the 17e...
My 14 is already at 87% health after 300 charges so it does track Apple's estimates. I assume this phone will have the newer battery tech.![]()
Apple doubles the lifespan of your iPhone 15's battery, no update required
Of course, we'll have to wait and see what sort of battery lifespan real-world use uncovers.www.zdnet.com
Clever little tactic Apple employs, let's put a battery "health" indicators on our phones so people obsess even more.My 14 is already at 87% health after 300 charges so it does track Apple's estimates. I assume this phone will have the newer battery tech.
Much better than Android phone cocking out and having to root your phone and pay for an app to see that. Or battery capacity declining fast within a year and being left in the dark as in my case.Clever little tactic Apple employs, let's put a battery "health" indicators on our phones so people obsess even more.
Facts... I dont know an android user who has had the same phone for more than a year.Much better than Android phone cocking out and having to root your phone and pay for an app to see that. Or battery capacity declining fast within a year and being left in the dark.
