In a sense, I hope they missed your number......![]()
3G, I am somewhat disappointed about not receiving any reply about my problem. It is getting worse and worse - not only does it regularly disconnect (less than one minute inactivity or better: while I am writing e.g. this message, had to reconnect three times), now I cannot connect at 3G any more. Is Vodacom unable to handle and deliver 3G AS IT SEEMS ?? Shouldn't Vodacom then re-emburse us ??buz said:3G,
any news with regards to my SIM or disconnecting problem ??
BTW: I still owe you my firmware details: 3.15.0Hd (Date: Feb 06 2006, Time: 12:53:15) - GlobeTrotter 3G+
Hope to hear from you soon, is still disconnecting ... :-(

Trying to reconnect results in a number of errors, alternating between 31 and 619, I’m not online long enough to find the meaning of this.
After a number of re-attempts it is usually successful, and then the whole process repeats itself.
Reading through this (last 2 page) it seems as if this is also now a generic problem…
Any ideas how to rectify?

SJB said:V3G, with my problems indicated above, how would I know if:
1) The problem is on my isde, ie computer HW/SW?
2) The problems is on the 3g card?
3) The problem is on the 3G network?
(Looking at the large number of similar experiences above, I would tend to believe it is closer to #3, unless a bad batch of cards were imported and distributed ie #2)

Won't you PM me your physical location and contact details in the mean-time?
