It is, my order via dhl cleared in 28 minutes. I doubt the issue is with customs, think it's how aramex works.
My parcels have been at customs for 3 weeks!!! I am done with Aramex for good, nobody can tell me what's going on..

more than likely aramex have lost your parcels....customs btw is the Aramex depot, so they probably misplaced your parcels and haven't scanned them or they lost them, put in a claim, you should have the protection service enabled.

They should at least offer a priority option (at a higher price) for people that want their stuff faster.

they would need to be efficient to offer that, which they not. Fedex have that option.

They do offer a priority option. It's called Aramex Express.

nah he means aramex global or shopand**** whatever name they going by
aramex express has the same issues as AGS though....and so many parcels going missing lately, just check the amazon and gearbest threads, all have issues with aramex.

Any high value item sent through an individual or company that does not offer their version of AGS Protect is taking a risk.
What is the limit on AGS protect? This is an $800 item so I need to be sure. (or when I'm not so lazy I'll Google it
