My package was delivered to the Frankfurt address on Wednesday 6th Jan, but still does not show up under 'My Packages'. I've used the New York address a few times previously (pre-covid), and the packages showed up almost immediately.
Should I be concerned, or give it a few more days?

Give it a few more days. Mine took about 10 days to Frankfurt depot, posted to them from Frankfurt...

Does AGS charge any customs/clearance fees ontop of VAT & duties?
And if the item is less than R500 in value, do you only pay the AGS shipping fee?

Yeah think they charge R50 clearance fee. Less R500 just pay shipping. Did not had to pay anything extra

If a package of mine sits like that for longer than 3 days I call. If you don’t it literally just remains there. Don’t call the general number, call the customs section of aramex direct.

I would like to buy the insta360 one x2 camera.
So i usually order from banggood and then i don't have to worry about import taxes, but this camera has been delayed since November so i am looking at other options.
what do guys recommend i do.

1) order directly from insta360, use my $20 coupon, free shipping to my NY address, total camera is 149 grams but couldn't get any info on the package weight.
so total $409, + aramax global+ taxes =not too sure
OR 2) amazon calculate everything for you = $516.24

Looks like it. The invoice was generated and sent to me, then I've asked if they could change the colour of the item, which they did and generated a $0 invoice with 100% discount. I'm assuming that's what was attached to the parcel.
