All the parcels are sitting in South Africa .
 
I managed to get some support through facebook, they changed my address but i was told for future orders i need to close my pretoria account and open a jhb one., not really gonna do that, doubt i will use them again
I guess if i ever decide to use them again i will have my items ship to my girlfriend's house in PTA.

On the AGS app I have access to change my address in settings and set it as primary/not primary.

As long as this is done before your parcel is assigned to your account, you should be able to change it?
 
I think the problem might run deeper than a simple delivery address update and that's why they're asking to create another account.

I think your delivery location used when signing up also determines your AGS account ID that's used in your AGS origin addresses. So for Pretoria it starts with PR... and Johannesburg it starts with JH... or JO?

If you change addresses within the same city it won't affect your account ID... which is why I was able to change mine without issue and perhaps some other members here as well.

Just a theory though...
 
Darn seem recently Parcel cleared quickly. Another package for 3 weeks ago still not cleared, guess I will have to call for that one.

Yeah I stopped using them. Have a parcel stuck in NY for 2 weeks. Apparently not moving because of bad weather.

Drop him a mail regarding the poor service in SA , specifically regarding incoming package clearance.
 
So someone from aramex called today, to do pre clearance on another package first time they called to do that?

Told them about my other parcel, and seems they manage to get it cleared!

how long does it usually take after you pay for customs?
is 7 days (and counting...) standard practice?

Never bother calling, i told driver 100 times before drop stuff next door if no one is home as I can't change my address :(

ok this is going to be an issue for me....i am not home this week but i can go, just to get my package.
