i understand that there are security concerns but verify my request via email,sms,phone call, OTP....
if i log a "Submit my request"
and i click submit i get an error and it hasn't been fixed in 2 weeks....my emails get ignored
I dont know where they will deliver it....my current address is xx xx xx JHB my jhb zip code, PRETORIA, south africa.

honestly i dont think i will use the service again.

I changed my address while a parcel was being processed in Dubai and it got delivered to the new one.
 
Next shipment from Nybox is on its way.

The last one was 1 day late off the eta, customs cleared just after the shipments left for ct that day. But so far, so much better than aramex, everything is getting here much quicker!

I can do outlet but not change my address.
i guess i can do that.....but i dont see why i can't change my address.
at least Tax was much much less then i expected but the service is very slow, my banggood parcel is arriving today and i ordered it about a week after aramex
 
Aramex has lost a total of 4 of my packages now in the last 5 months. Finally got refunded today for the last one. That is 4 different orders in 5 months. What a useless company.

Damn... didnt realise it was that bad. Did they all get lost in transit? All from the US?

US yep; Orders from Amazon.com. They didn't say how it got lost. Amazon just says "it got lost in transit". Then refund.

I've been ordering using UPS instead since Jan and the difference is day and night. Get my packages in less than a week now and no losses
 
I will not use Aramex again , i have tree parcels with them at the moment two that i sent to their address in HK seem to be moving , the other one the shop in Aliexpress sent direct , there seems to be no direction with this one and no answers to the email i sent , it is like the post office took over Aramex .
I send a commercial invoice as soon as i get the notification and the next day they say they are waiting for the invoice , i look on the site and it is there and send it again .
Frustrating the hell out of me .

After my recent experience trying to claim insurance on my package, I'll never use this company again.
 
i also wont use them again...i paid the import tax a few days ago and nothing is happening....
i can understand delays with flights, covid , stuck in customs....but what is the delay now?
maybe i am just used to BUFFALO....
and ...again...what is the story with changing the address....i can see them calling me from my work place (from 6 years ago asking where am i....)

It's Chinese New Year.
All Chinese industry literally stops. Everyone goes home.
For three weeks people swap red envelopes and eat moon cakes. And food. Plenty of food.
Your parcels in HK will sit to end Feb, unless you were really lucky and they got out.

My Flex expires in June. It tells me so, and there is no option to renew.
