It's easier using the Shop & Ship app, but if using your browser, the addresses are first tab under that blue section (directly under where it says suggested shopping).I registered but can't seem to find my addresses anywhere
So, I made a mess up and forgot to enter my FNB promo code when signing up. I got charged the full rate to sign up. I've sent a mail to support and to vusi, but have had no responses yet.
Any advice?
What did you do?I did the same.
AGS don't collate parcels. If you want that type of combined parcel service stick with MyUS or postbox-courier.com.
AGS is cheap for single parcels. The most you can get for multiple parcels is a discount if they arrive in New York at the same time.
Do other mail forwarders like MyUS and the like have less hangups with the most common issues we seem to be facing with AGS: parcel weight, shipping of batteries and invoices that aren't always acknowledged?
When I went to upload my invoice to Aramex Global Shopper now, the weirdest thing happened. The shipment that 2 hours ago was shown as 'received' and said I need to upload my invoice now has disappeared. When I click on it I get a 'shipment not found' message. I even downloaded the photo of my package that was uploaded by Aramex but everything just vanished into thin air. Of course nobody at Aramex customer care can help and Vusi is not available. Very odd...
