Yeah, had to use them for the first time in a year and the unpredictability is the killer - the receiving depot haven't logged in the parcel delivered a few days ago so now they have to open a case and yada yada yada meanwhile you have no idea whats going on.
And yet...nothing goes missing. Unlike the post office. Last year I had a trackable parcel reach Johannesburg. It said incomming international, and then was scanned in JHB and then... poof. No other tracking details. I entered the number and it said no results found (the page actually said error or some gibberish in red writing). To this day, I have never received anything.
Luckily I could open a dispute with Aliexpress and get my money back, but still...most annoying.
So yeah, AGS may take long, and your parcel has to wait for an available flight that is not full of Aramex Express items, but you always get your parcel in the end.
