I'm saying even if they don't assign it to your account you can claim it for yourself. You need the tracking number of the item, eg UPS, DHL, USPS etc

In the track your shipment section in the screenshot, you enter the USPS number or whatever. Then you click "claim".

Does this work only with an international USPS tracking number? Because I have a US tracking number and it’s not picking it up via this toolbox.

It hasn't been scanned in just yet. Takes a few days with the NY branch as they are extremely busy. Once scanned it will show up on your profile/account.

USPS adds a suffix on her barcode with the tracking number that you receive.

Try it again but add 42011413 in front of it with no spaces. If it still isn’t Showing then it’s not scanned in yet.

I can't find (having difficulty) on the Sars website as well as the call center not willing to assist me (other then referring me back to the website).. What would customs charges be if I order 50+ dash cams. Would it be 10% added to the shipping+dash cam cost then 15% over that?

Or is 10% wrong?
Would there be any fees added due to high volume of order?

I think there seems to be a discrepancy sometimes they add the 10% + 15% Vat pre shipping cost sometimes post shipping cost. My first order has arrived at the New York office so should be able to give feedback on what they charge me in a week or two.

I'm facing the same problem, parcel delivered but not appearing on AGS. I called, emailed but nothing so far.

Check your browser. Sometimes my shipments don't show on Chrome but appear on Edge or Mozilla.

I have the same issue. Tried all browsers and turned off add blocker but still says shipment not found.
