Are Openweb throttling capped accounts?

I'm also experiencing issues with OpenWeb Throttling my account, and I'm paying for GOLD UNCAPPED.
I send them emails just about every week day after 5pm, and they only stop throttling my account in the late evening.
I'm so frustrated, I'm actually getting tired of sending them emails.

Cancel that s h I t man. I had that original Gold uncapped, cancelled it and immediately my stress levels dropped. They are the biggest internet fraud imo. I bet you are even paying more with them than the average for your account speed. Go elsewhere and save asap

Well, I signed up for a capped account with openweb.

To my surprise, The accounts are limited to 10mbps speeds, on my 40 meg line, I get 9,39mbps download speed on speedtest.

They are complete ****ing crooks, all they do is steal peoples money. No two ways about it. Since WHEN does a CAPPED UNSHAPED account get limited to 10mbps ????

You know they sell Basic Uncapped accounts now? which are of the same pricing as other basic uncapped products.

Their Capped accounts are also similar to other capped offerings.

The reason their uncapped premium is higher priced is due to the fact that it is a premium... account.
