Assuming your question is in the title, no it isn't. There isn't any "face-to-face tutorials". Unisa is an ODeL university, you do your tutorials, reading and assignments on your own, then you go and write exams.

I am not sure if these services can be accessed face to face as most modules really offer an e-Tutor, but on Telegram groups you will come across independent tutors.
