Are you preparing for another hard lockdown?

Fresh vegetables and meat were the biggest head ache and wine . I always like to be prepared even before 2020, but the SO was totally the opposite and now she realised that planning makes live easier.

The only thing I want is some wine. We didn't have problems getting anything else really.

Here's why I need an "Other" option - I'm not stockpiling, but I do think they may dare to do it.

If the lockdown started a week later the box freezer would have been stocked with half a pig, a full lamb and 10kg's of chicken. (fresh form the farm).

It's the answers that are usually loaded - in my case it's 'Yes', but I don't agree that a hard lockdown is highly likely.

We are all being conned, to "save the planet", and it's so unbelievable that it's not believed but there are experts trying to use non-mainstream means to educate us... this is the new world order by the elite of the elite, for example Bill Gates owns the World Health Organisation. I have kept my "prepper" corner of the garage going, any perishables are rotating through that more or less weekly and other household items are used from that stash and then replaced on the next shop.

Frankly I'm a bit ashamed of it as I associate this kind of behaviour with morons but at the same time I'd rather have it and not need it than the other way round. We have never stockpiled loo roll or any one item but rather tried to ensure that we have a reasonable supply built up over time for the family and not more than that (approx 3 months supply built up over several months.)

Nope. They're advised how to react like all the others, I suspect in this case it's as easy as a bribe.
Of course we can see the failings of their efforts far easier in a country like this.
