Article: "Avatar 2" will take viewers underwater

Roughly how long would it remain on the circuit? I'd actually really like to see it in 3D unless reviews are garbage.

Avatar 2 review

James Cameron shows why he is the king again.
The 3D is amazing again and the underwater scenes are also incredible. The story was good. All in all it's even better than the first one.

TL;DR should you watch it?
Definitely. One of the better movies to come out over the past few years. If you want to forget your sad life or the sad world for just over 3h then this is a great way.

There were some feels too. My wife started sobbing. Didn't have that sense of concern for the characters in the first movie...

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised with this one.

I didn't care much for the first movie. I had to rewatch it last week to remember the characters and stuff.

The sequel was great. The visuals were amazing... and the storyline was decent. Definitely elicited some emotions.

So refreshing not to watch another cookie-cutter superhero movie.

Looking forward to the movie! Enjoyed the 1st one - the cinematic experience was amazing to say the least. Let's hope the storyline is improved.
Definitely worth watching in 3D. Amazing visuals but sadly the story has not improved.

The 1st 2 hours is basically a ocean life documentary about a boy and his whale friend.
Then the pace speeds up to cram in the usual action scenes

Beyond that, the machinery used and special effects make the movie worth seeing

Is it as good as I had expected? Nope

Critial Drinker has a review. Essentially it's a POS teen drama with a rehash of the Dances with the Wolves story. All men = bad. All blue aliens = good. They live in touch with nature. All men want to destroy and are greedy.

After getting out of the weekend mode, Avatar 2 has entered into the festive mode now. In the opening weekend, a strong total came on board and as we gear up for long holidays, the film has started attracting more footfalls. In North America, a jump was witnessed on Tuesday. Speaking about the worldwide box office, a milestone of $500 million has been crossed!
Should be able to cross $3 billion.

The story is as old as time itself but the visual effects are at least 10 years ahead of everyone else.

Yeah we know that cause we watched the first one. It's the 3D that gets us.
