I worked in the private sector for 10 years, and in the public sector for 2 years, and I think your statement is misguided and without any foundation whatsoever.

There was a lot of evidence that was either disallowed or not brought up by the prosecution which is why there is so much anger on social networks and accusations of the judge or prosecutors being paid off

Correct. She was biased and should have been recused.
From the start she wouldn't allow evidence for example of his sexuality which should have been key in this trial.

The fact that he is gay is not as important given the fact that many married men are gay and they don't kill their wives. However that evidence is important if supported by other evidence which proves premeditation, but on it's own its weak.
