Article: Eat dairy with caution: Noakes

Professor Tim Noakes has changed the status of dairy products from "all-you-can-eat" to eat "with caution" after dieters complained that they weren't losing weight quickly enough, the Sunday Times reported.

Noakes admitted that cream and yoghurt had been "quietly removed" from the green list on the Real Meal Revolution website, the weekly said.

I like cheese way too much to care about living till I'm 90

In that case you would have loved the cheese fondue we had 2 weeks ago.
What a feast, so simple to make, such a pleasure and fun.

This informative video, titled "Udder Amazing" critically (scientifically) examines the dairy issue and why we as humans should not be consuming cow's milk.

Guess what hoaxers, you have to buy the new edition of his book, free from the corporate greed of the dairy industry.

I wonder what is next on the list? I bet it is vegetables.

Don't worry, there's always another scientific study to contradict what you don't like...

Well the Noaks diet is sort of similar to the Paleo diet, which is sort of similar to the primal diet, and there dairy is "ok" as long as it's cultured. So cheese and yogurt, etc are fine in moderation, but raw dairy is out. I don't believe in following a specific regime to the T. Just eat sensibly along a general course that has been found to be of sound nutritional advice and you're sorted.

Ok, I like milkshakes and ice cream too much to care if I ever reach 90

lol.

So some random anecdotes from random 'dieters' is enough for dairy to be deemed... unsavoury?

Sounds legit.
