Yeah. The Cabinet member also have to be MPs, with the exception of two Ministers and 2 Deputy Ministers. Pravin Gordhan, for example, isn't an MP.

Thanks. What about the ministers, do they get replaced too? I know that 2 can come from outside of the NA, but what about the rest of them?
