I have no problem with low information voters who just watch the highlight packages.

You know that some highlights packages are fairly comprehensive right? 30 min long or so.
Besides, if you consider those TV debates as the standard to consider oneself as having an "informed opinion", then more power to ya!!!
I on the other hand view the debates for what they are; stage-managed oscar performances playing to the camera. Style over substance.
So yeah I think I can quite easily make the call that Obama was arrogant and unprepared for the debate based on highlights packages. But hey you're my hero for sitting through 2 hours of hubris and lies

That's what they would like you (American voters) to believe.
It makes for a great spectacle, Kerry vs Bush, Obama vs McCain, Romney vs Obama. Look voters you can cast your vote for one of two useless candidates! Power to the people.... not.
It's the illusion of choice. Big money wins the day, not democracy. You have to be backed by cash to even stand.
Then there's the "debates" which are "managed" by the Republicans and Democrats themselves, and have even admitted that they wouldn't want any other candidates to participate. Gary Johnson even took legal action, but to no avail, he won't get a spot.

I'm more concerned about the bills getting passed in the congress than the president himself.
Exactly how Romney is going to achieve his goals appears to be a mystery. That was the point of the post. Obama's promises of jobs have not really materialized either. If either of these clowns can get America back to a balanced budget with a surplus, good. Then they can be counted as respectable fiscal conservatives.

* Marriage equality should be constitutionally guaranteed

* He wouldn't have signed the National Defense Authorization Act(allow arrest and detainment of US citizens without being charged)
