They were promising the release months ago... then they lost contact.... now all of a sudden it was working out ?
 
How can we be sure of anything? For all we know the american's blew him away coz he aint one of them. No one here can verify that that is true or it is not true. He was alive until someone stepped in and dead after. That's all we can gather

I just read on News24 that it was a barking dog that gave the Seals away. And one of the comments to the News24 article was that instead of Navy Seals they should have used South African criminals as they would be able to break in without being detected. LOL.
Nice idea for a comic or comedy movie....like the Suicide Squad comic.... :D

They would have been kept together. Meaning they shot Somers too... Very unlikely.

They were also the ones that negotiated a possible release.
If the American hostage wasn't there with him, none of this would have happened.
By this I'm not saying Pierre would've made it for certain by means of a negotiated release, but at least he would have a chance
 
Blame the yankies as much as you want to but they at least tried to do something.
What have we done...... tried to negotiate with the terrorists for the past how many months and every time they want more.

Next time they kidnap more South Africans because we pay easily.
Yes unfortunately this time it was not in the hostages favor, but if it was not for the Americans again, South African couple Bruno Pelizzari and Debbie Calitz would not have made it either.

Our own government did not even do anything, it was a charity organization that negotiated.

So yes I am not always in favor of the US, but at least they tried, its more than what we can say.
But so easy to moan and bad mouth the US.
 
The US went in to save their own, Korkie was collateral damage.
He would still be alive if it werent for the brash US forces.
