Article: SA has lost confidence in Zuma: DA

The South African people have lost confidence in President Jacob Zuma and his state-of-the-nation address showed why, Democratic Alliance parliamentary leader Lindiwe Mazibuko said on Tuesday.

This had been an opportunity for Zuma to show leadership after receiving a new mandate from his party at Mangaung, she told the National Assembly during debate on Zuma's address.
 
This president was compromised from the beginning because there were simply too many unanswered questions about his actions before he assumed high office.

Zuma had his chance long ago and to be honest before he got elected I actually believed he wouldn't be too bad. Boy was I wrong :(

No. They voted for the party.
The masses have no say in who leads the party. That bit is rigged at branch and conference level.

Yes they voted for the party knowing full well who the president would be if the ANC got the majority vote or do you not remember Zuma's face on the ballot paper next to the ANC writing?
