Asbestos primer/encapsulation

Hi guys, what's the best primer to use on an asbestos roof for encapsulation of the asbestos fibres prior to painting???? Any help would be appreciated guys.

I used acrylic roof paint, 2 coats

Best bet is to remove the asbestos and replace it with modern roof sheeting.

Does that encapsulate like asbestos should be done ?
I was under the impression I'd require some sort of special primer first
