One of the first to sign up for one of your mobile accounts (voice and Data). Please explain why my airtime balance is not carried over at the end of the month. I think a carry over for 3 months would be excellent! Otherwise excellent service.

Hi Gian,

Why are Afrihost and Axxess still "competing" with each other in the market? Can you not make your offerings the same or similar, thereby not making us switch providers in order to get the best deal? I refer specifically to the example of carry over of mobile data where Axxess have a much better offering that Afrihost due to the 3 month roll over.

Will you consider in the future to have preference for streaming sites (Showmax; Netflix; etc) making them uncapped; and unshaped as an add on package on accounts? Perhaps even included as an afrihost plus benefit?

+1 : Will you consider an add-on that will give unmetered uncapped unshaped for streaming etc outside normal business hours for capped accounts. Yesterday the FREE and UNLIMITED After‑Hours timeslot was extended from 23:30 to 07:30 every day, so all that is needed is an extension from 17:00 to 23:30 weekdays, and obviously weekends and public holidays.

I honestly think that unshaped capped accounts with unmetered after-business-hours access is the way forward and will protect your network at peak times and provide better utilization after-hours. Win win for everybody!
