Good Morning.

Will afrihost grow their network enough to cope with the rising demand of data by individuals/households? Especially now that netflix and showmax are doing their thing in our lovely country(HD streaming on netflix can eat up to 3Gbs of data an hour!).
Mosts caps on an 'uncapped' product are insufficient for a full month. And then one as a private individual then has to pay business rates JUST to get a higher cap. Having used more than one service provider in the past I can say that when you reach the cap set by the provider the internet gets throttled to the point that even an old 56k dialup would put it to shame.

What is Afrihost's plans if any to make fast reliable Internet more affordable for the average person in these hard economic times?
 
Hi, have been customer of Afrihost for few years now. Are you planning to drop prices, because when we started you were the cheapest, but not any more? And fibre, when can we expect it?

I am a happy Afrihost Mobile Voice customer. Some months I don't use much of my airtime, but a LOT of data. So I would like to know what the chances would be that you would allow us to exchange unused airtime for data bundles?
 
If you could change one thing in this country to have the maximum impact, what would it be?
 
Does AfriHost have a strategy to partner with residential developers in order to roll out FTTH and advice on "smart" home preparation (LAN infrastructure, location of AP's, etc)?
 
For us aspiring entrepreneurs, who would like to take their thoughts from ideas to something as great as you built, what would you say is the key to success and can you share any advice or lessons that you have learnt along the way, that made you the business success you are today.

Given the current incidences at universities, the lack of access to resources, the internet and the expense of higher education, what would you do to if given the opportunity to come up with a solution to ensure that high speed internet is available to ordinary South Africans at a reasonable price so that where the institutions don't have the capacity to accommodate more students e-learning and online educational platforms can be adopted to give access to more students even in remote areas of the country which will be less expensive and more flexible, and things like accommodation and transport fees won't be an issue.But the access to these online platforms will only be realised by having high speed internet access in every part of the country.
 
Do you use a specific Afrihost product at home, with the same restrictions as everyone else? Or do you have a specialised package of a million Gbps with no cap and shaping? :)
 
How would you compare the value for money of FTTH packages in South Africa to what is available overseas?
 
Will long term users of Afrihost products receive more rewards? Thank you for making a flagship company in this country.
 
So far so good. New network is great. When are you going to update your Network status in real time?
 
Will Afrihost ever consider laying it's own fibre and end reliance on external fibre providers?
 
There is much political and business will to upgrade large newsworthy infrastructure (eg. Seacom cable and fibre roll outs) to improve broadband speeds in South Africa. However, the last leg to homes, businesses or institutions is often the bottleneck. How will Afrihost address this problem rooted in old dispersed copper infrastructure under Telkom's care?
 
When our line is down for more than a day, Telkom always give a credit for the time being down. Why does Afrihost not pass this on to us. Afrihost already get wholesale prices from Telkom so why not pass it on to the client. If our account was still with us and Telkom we would have received it
 
With the emergence of fibre and mobile Internet connectivity as strong contenders for fixed line adsl Internet packages, how is Afrihost aiming to take advantage of the market and attract the middle to lower income bracket of customers?
