Assistance with numerous failed live recognition

I have been struggling for 3 days with the live face recognition. I have sent numerous emails because of this but I have not received a response nor assistance. Can someone from rain network please assist me or can I get a full refund of my money cause I paid the full R479 for the unlimited data yet I Have not been able to use it.

I sent you guys an email about this on Monday already and only now you sending it to the Rica department? Common guys, I'm sure you can do better than that! What am I supposed to do for the time being wait for another 3 days to get a response?

No point on sending messages that happened Monday already be glad you getting help ...

I know how frustrated by rain you are but it won’t help if you getting help as in now ... so be patient don’t blame one person for a whole companies problems ...
