Astraweb Broken?

Hi guys,
I can barely connect and if I do my downloads are at like 5kb/s... this is on my IS and SAIX accounts so must be there side

My speed on Astraweb is between 150KB and 200KB and my usage is 32GB already for december. I am using Neoconnect Prime Unlimited

No problems this side, running at 250KB/s and that's because I'm limiting it. (30GB for the month )

Need some bandwith for online gaming.

Mine is going at 300 kB/s seems fine.

try shutting everything off and unplugging the router for ten minutes.

Then re-connect and try again.

i just tried a friends newsdeamon account and same prob.. gonna restart everything now.
EDIT: Just turned off PC and router for 10 Mins and now it is working full speed again.

Ja, sometimes your link to the IS backbone gets stuck and it thinks you are still throttled. restarting your router often solves the problem.

No, Giganews is not free... but they do give a free trial.

Astraweb is probably the cheapest for unlimited access though at $11 a month.
