I don't believe in all that Astronomy crap. My day is going to be just fine without having to read up in a newspaper what is going to happen to me! :p
 
but seriously! That huge ginormous ring thing around Saturn is cool! That's gonna seriously mess with a whole lot of people's lives! :D
 
True, we are a product of our environment, which includes the solar system and the universe as a whole. It doesn't mean that generic mass produced astronomy readings have any bearing on our lives, other than a self-fulfilling prophecy - but that's an issue for sociologists and psychologists.

I wonder what the Cosmo magazine astronomy section will say on the day that asteroid smacks into the Earth?
