Audi Fourways RS4 write off..

Sure ... but remember I have a chip. Could be the reason?

Not sure - I know I can beat an RS4 with a supercharger.

Now that you mention it, my S2000 is chipped, and has a performance instake. Think its time for a new exhaust.

You also know I'm messing with you, eh? ;)

If they dont make the car anymore , im sure he should get reimbursed the full retail amount for the car.
if its less than a year old , he can get the full amount of a brand new car since the insurance gives you a brand new car if you right it off in the first year .
it will be interesting to see what happens next ..

very sad indeed

They probably told the owner that they waiting for a part to arrive thats why his car is not ready .

Why should he use his insurance?
Sue Audi Fourways for an Audi R8.

This is going to be a big 1 up for bmw vs audi "ad wars"

Where do you get this info from ?

If a cars mileage is over 10k km's, its no more considered as NEW. Insurance only replaces NEW cars that are wright-off's.

In this country murderers take so long to get convicted, what is an accident like this with no casualties ?

Personally I would use it against BM, have a look at the Audis roof, its still intact, the drivers are both fine... If it had been the new Ms with their carbon fibre roofs, thats concrete slab would be inside the car!

Carbon Fiber is stronger than most metal (not saying it is in this case) ... but thats a different subject altogether

um... someone is lying to you. Insurance covers you for what you decide to insure the car for.

Some insurance companies do offer that though, and you'd think that someone who can afford an RS4 would have pretty decent insurance to cover it... not these 'cut out the middleman' sharks.
