August Telkom Pricing

Just wondering if I have this wrong, but Im pretty sure that Telkom's new pricing structure was due to kick in on the 1st of August. I have just received my telkom invoice for my 1MB line, dated August 5th and due on the 27th, and it still reflects the old prices, IE, R115.60 more then I was expecting.

Is the new pricing only going to take effect in September? Anyone else notice this?
