Lower salary may be a risk to them on basis of the modem they bundle with it - they obviously dont want to jepordise losing the modem cost.
The unbundled options require u to buy the modem, which reduces Sentech's risk - thus they will obviously be much more leniant about offering unbundled contracts since there isnt a modem at stake...
