Axxess abusing their Terms and Conditions?!

Looks like they trying to manage themselves out of business. Sad, because I was a very happy customer with them back in the day before uncapped.
 
I acctually find the browsing speeds better with MTN but download speeds are crap!! Screw Axxess!
