Axxess adsl Down?

Hey all

I have not been able to connect to my axxess account since around 4pm this afternoon. I'm not capped, that i know of, so i was wondering if its a problem or if its my side?

Where can i check my usage with Axxess?

www.axxess.co.za will not load at all on my other account.

Anyone else experiencing these issues?

But is it all SAIX ISP's or wat?

Cos this is really iritating the crap outa me, paying for a service which doesnt even work properly!

Looks like all DSL. Some IS persons are also seeing the exact same thing. Telkom fscked up again and are keeping quiet about it, or they don't know yet that they fscked up! -shrugs-

My IS account still works 100% so SAIX decided to play nice 2day obviously! :P

You can check your usage by entering the Customer Control Panel (Located on all the Axxess website pages in the globe - bottom left) with your client code & password. If you do not have these details then enter your email address that you used when you signed up and it will be emailed to you within 1min.

If you have any other questions then please phone our 24/7 support number on 0861 300 900
 
Thanks for that, but it says that account cant be located on the server?

dunno wats happening :(

Can you PM me your phone number and also your ADSL username.
Will get someone to contact you.
 
Check this post there was some type of maintenance, I'm not sure if this is what affected you... (This maintenance was supposed to be only on the 14th at 00:00 to 04:00)

To check your Axxess account (Or any ADSL account on the SAIX network), you can also goto this link and should you be capped at the time, I do believe that this site can be accessed via the T3lkom guest account, which comes standard in all Telkom routers :)
