Axxess Control Panel / Support Staff useless

So I decided to try Axxess uncapped 10mb... after a week i find my adsl so slow (0.24mb download on speedtest.com)

I log into the Axxess control panel to see if my account is being managed, and there is no indication, other then I have used 74gb

So I call the helpdesk who trys to guide me through the website on how to find out if I am managed, and guess what.. no indication on the website at all

So he has a look at my account and tells me im managed, but ive used +/- 120gb of data.. yet the control panel has completly different figures (i reset my modem to kill the previous session, so it cannot be the outstanding session)

I ask him to log a ticket to investigate why the control panel and the backend have such different figures, and he cannot even give me a reference number?

Seems trying Axxess was a BAD idea...

I had the same problem some time ago with axxess. After a few days line draws to a dead crawl then they reset my account and it runs like mad for 2-3 days and dead again. Cancelled my account and got WebAfrica and have been happy since :)
Just the damn game DLC's that are so massive these days! xD

EDIT: Oh ja also got "managed" after 5GB usage in 4 days. Then "managed" again after 14GB in 12 days.

Well I am on Axxes now for a week and have to say the speed is the best I had so far, other ISP's are much slower. I also had good support when activating my account and the online description to setup your router is good. I have a 4MB line.

Also been on axxess 4mb now for a week. downloaded a 2.6 gig game off steam, 10kb all the way.
Control panel, bandwidth and staff are all useless. Never sent a cancellation so fast in my life

Also he said I am being managed because I used more than 200 gig for the month. But he could not tell me how much I am suppose to use to not get mannaged and when I will be unmanaged again.

I will not give my money to an ISP that lie to me and is being dishonest with me. They or mweb will never get my money again. Even though I must atmit that on my last month with mweb on a 4mb premuim account I did 428 gig without being throtteled.

I am now on a 10mb account and my download sit on average at 8.5mb I have not seen another ISP that get to this speed the rest are mostly on 50% to 60% of what you pay for Mweb is one of the worst as far as speed is concern.
