Axxess ISP

Anyone having problems on axxess atm? I'm getting terrible performance and packet loss on adsl.
 
Hi Axxess Lady,

It carried on for a couple of hours last night. I had high latency returns and timeouts to jhb.axxess.co.za. All speedtest servers I tried were very erratic but the problem seemed to correct itself at around 9pm.

Just connected to test for you, using my 1GB free Axxess account.
No issue, first time around. Presumably your connection's returned since you posted ?
 
Rather annoyed. So somehow my account managed to lose it's entire cap today with no downloads running. I've asked axxess to investigate and come back to me but the response seemed very lacklustre. All my machines were scanned clean of viruses and malware and I've switched my router to the free account and it's running fine with no excess traffic demands. I do see a number of dns failures in my router log and it switched back and forth most of the afternoon.
 
Axxess Lady, I see in my client control panel that I can view my usage hourly if I select 'today'. Is there a way for me to view hourly usage for previous days? On Friday I've had some crazy bandwidth consumed and I'd like to find out the times on when that happened.
