I signed up this morning already. Just happened to wonder if it had launched yet and it had.

I need to weigh up the value of that free wi-fi I get from G-Connect include with my ADSL account or move back to Axxess and have the ability to add a static IP.
My home router can terminate a L2TP connection so looks like its Axxess here we come at the end of this month.

Plus the added advantage of hosting my own personal home server to play around with. YES YES!

You do not need a fixed IP to do all this. Yes, a fixed IP will make it easier, but now do I want to pay R59/month for it? Probably not.

If it makes my life easy then R59.00 is not a bad price. Plus have never really been a big fan of dynamic DNS.

Update: I see that Static IP's are now free. Axxess have dropped the R59.00 price on non-business accounts.
